Weekly Public Yoga Classes

Join me for weekly group sessions where we explore different styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga inspired flows & Energy Practices. These classes are designed to create a fluid connection between postures and breath, allowing for a moving meditation that energizes the body and calms the mind. You find the schedule below.

Private & Business Yoga Sessions

For a more tailored experience, I offer private one-on-one sessions as well as sessions designed for small groups or businesses. These are perfect for those looking for more personalized attention or for companies wanting to bring balance and well-being into the workplace.

Yoga Flow Sequence

Arriving
We start by grounding ourselves and arriving fully in the present moment, letting go of the outside world, and focusing on our inner space.

Breathing – Pranayama
Using focused breathwork, we energize the body, release tension, and prepare for the practice ahead. This conscious breathing connects us to life force energy, creating a state of flow.

Meditation
A short guided meditation to quiet the mind, bring clarity, and set the tone for the practice.

Conscious Meditative Movement – Asana Practice
Moving through postures with intention and awareness, syncing breath and movement to create a smooth, flowing practice. This sequence is designed to open the body, build strength, and cultivate mindfulness.

Standing Postures & Sun Salutations
We engage with Sun Salutations and standing poses to build heat and awaken the energy within. “Are you fully present? Are you aware of your breath, your body, your energy?” Each movement becomes a greeting to life.

Deeper Stretches & Surrender
Moving into deeper stretches, we practice the art of surrender, letting go of tension and resistance. This is your time to honor and enjoy your body, allowing space for both strength and softness.

Shavasana & Storytelling
We close with Shavasana, the final resting pose. As your body relaxes, I’ll read from some of my favorite spiritual texts—whether it’s the Bhagavad Gita, Dhammapada, or Yoga Sutras, these readings will help integrate the practice and offer food for reflection.

Ohm
We finish with the vibration of Ohm, sealing the practice with a sense of unity and peace.

Private Sessions (In-Person or Online)

  • 60-minute session: €90

These sessions are tailored to your specific needs, blending asana practice, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy for a well-rounded and personalized experience.

Sebastiaan’s Journey

With over 10 years of experience, my teaching draws from various styles, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini-inspired flows, and meditation practices. I have traveled the world, studied ancient texts, and integrated spiritual traditions from around the globe into my approach to yoga.

Born in Rwanda, raised in the Netherlands, and having lived in Vancouver and Berlin, my path has been one of constant exploration. Beyond yoga, I also produce electronic music and work as a photographer, creating a rich blend of creativity and spirituality in everything I do.

I’m passionate about helping you rediscover your true nature, move with ease through life, and connect with the magic that’s always present within and around us.
